I got an email with a link to an article about a guy in Russia who won a vodka-drinking contest and—big surprise—died. And I'm trying hard to see the sadness of it, but I just keep thinking, "At least he died a winner." You can't deny that he just wanted it more. This guy was willing to do what it took to take home the prize (the grand prize in this case being...more vodka), and I'm sure that the runners up, once they get out of intensive care, will recover easy knowing they were beaten by the best.

Embarrassing? That would be dying after finishing 17th in a contest of 18 people: "The winners are barely even drunk, but contestant 17 doesn't look too good."
