These things happen, like everything else

Below is a short list of things that are interesting me these days that probably won't interest you at all. This list is provided here so that when you're thinking about what to think about, you already know not to include any of these things.

  • Statcounter is updating their software.
  • Even with Rothlisomthing's terrible game at QB, I'll still win my fantasy football game. Sorry, Christian.
  • And while we're on the topic: Doug! You beat Ron! By freaking .07 points! Unbelievable! I'm going to buy you a million wishes as a way of thanks. This gives me a two-game lead in the Max Fisher Players Fantasy Football League. The championship is at hand, which means that it'll all crumble away in dramatic fashion.
  • I have made the scientific discovery that multiple handwashings can't fully remove the smell of carnitas burritos. This is less "interesting" to me than "mildly annoying." But hey...six of one sometimes, huh?
  • I had three burned MP3 CDs made for me by my coworker and new musical compatriot Dave and I'm listening to it right now (well, right now for me). Some of it (Rjd2, Besnard Lakes, Jonathan Fire*Eater) I really like. Some of it (Akron/Family, Wilderness) not so much.
  • Mike Sherman is leaving the Texans and going to coach at Texas A&M. This makes me feel a little ill, which, again, I guess is a kind of interest.
  • My life can currently be summed up with following Simpsons quote: "Argh. I don't know what I'm doin'."
Please print out this list, laminate it, and keep it in your wallet for safekeeping.

I LOVE Jonathan*fire eater! What a great band. Too bad they sort of imploded before producing more kick ass tunes. "The Search for Cherry Red" would be in my top 50 of all time songs, for sure.
