Luck has nothing to do with it
Happy St. Patrick's Day! I hope you're all having a good day celebrating St. Patrick, the patron saint of wannabe-American pop rock bands. The iTunes music store is celebrating it hard, including in their special selection of St. Patrick's day albums The Joshua Tree and the most recent Thrills album. Apparently, nothing says "Ireland" like Irish music that pretends it's American.
