I could be dreaming
I'm having the best dream right now. I'm dreaming that a new Belle and Sebastian record is coming out at the beginning of February, and then, just when I was all excited about that, I find out that there's a new Neko Case record a month later.
I hope I never wake up...

Isn't she touring with The New Pornographers right now? It may be a while before she has time for a solo tour, unfortunately.

I'm not sure if Neko Case is touring with the New Pornos or not. On some of their tour dates, they've had AC Newman's cousin (who sounds just like Neko) doing Neko's parts, and my guess is that's what they're doing on this tour, too.

dumb question, but what's an .rar file run on?
It's not a dumb question. It's a compressed file of the kind that programmers like to make up every now and then to force everyone to run around trying to figure out how to use it. It's to keep the search engines in business is my theory.
Anyway, I'm not sure what software you'll need on a PC to de-compress it. Paul may be able to help you out. By now, Windows may be able to handle it, but I'm not sure. My Mac had no problem with it ;-)
