You don't know what I'm going through
I've never been too into Jens Lekman. He comes across as trying too hard to be treacly; too into his own sensitivity. But sometimes, a cold grey morning comes around, and you're plodding through your morning prep, dreading the work day clock-in (ie, the computer's startup chime), and you're seeing it all through with memories of being be cuddled up with a cute girl in a blue blanket. At those times, Jens Lekman is a divine slice of sugar pop.

oh, that was strange - I came to this page to check your headlines, and as soon as I did, the dude on kexp was talking about how Jens Lekman was coming into the studio today. Whoooaaa.
Oh, sorry, Doug...I forgot to mention in my tech post yesterday: Google webmasters has a tool that allows you to link your site to the larger world, thereby controlling it with the subjects of your posts. So I enabled that.
The first ep's were lots of fun, but the first full length record was a tremendous bore. I've decided to give this second one a chance, due to rapturous reviews and a recommendation from my brother.
Christian, I'm not really sure that it's going to convert you. It sounds about the same as the first one. It's fun. It's cute. But even this song didn't really catch me until this morning.
